We strive to achieve the best possible results for our customers.

We have recently expanded our business with more staff with plans
to expand our offices very soon. These developments will help us
schedule our appointments to more effectively service our
customers.
Rate Structure:
Hourly Project Rate
This rate may save you money because you may already have
materials that we can use or you may be able to find a source that is
much less expensive. This also gives you some flexibility to plan the
time for each project to more effectively fit your busy schedule.
Project Rate:
Estimates
Our estimates are free within the 285 Perimeter or within the
Greater Atlanta Metro Area. Fuel and mileage charges will apply to
all estimates outside this area.
An Estimate is NOT a guaranteed price. It is an estimated
accounting of what the job is projected to cost. Due to additions or
deletions in the scope of your project the final cost may change from
your original estimate. You will be required to authorize any changes
to the estimated scope of the project before work will proceed.

- An hourly rate per hour for each man on the job
- Materials are a separate expense that either we can procure
or you can get them yourself. - 1/2 of the total project cost is due upon acceptance of the
estimate and must be received before the project can begin.
You will be invoiced for all remaining costs at the completion
of your project.
This rate may save you money because you may already have
materials that we can use or you may be able to find a source that is
much less expensive. This also gives you some flexibility to plan the
time for each project to more effectively fit your busy schedule.
Project Rate:
- This rate is based on our estimate. (May change due to
changes in the original scope of the project) - 1/2 of the total project cost is due upon acceptance of the
estimate and must be received before the project can begin. - Normally used for bigger projects, this allows for the
scheduling of qualified subcontractors and eliminates
additional costs to you for staging your project.
